简历介绍

1999年开始在中国科学院金属研究所工作。先后从事金属间化合物的力学性能及位错理论、氢致内耗、亚微米材料的结构演化及力学性能、II-VI族半导体一维纳米材料生长机理及光电学特性的研究。发表及合作发表SCI论文30余篇。

20208月,入职季华实验室测试中心,负责透射电镜管理维护、功能开发及新型材料纳微尺度结构表征及力学性能的研究。
